Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Martin Aranovitch and I am a business systems developer, business consultant, trainer and coach.

After spending many years helping small business owners become more efficient and profitable through the implementation of business systems, I've developed a unique approach which is significantly different from the way most business consultants work.

Basically, I do what most small business owners know they should be doing to improve their businesses, but never seem to get around to doing, which is to develop and implement systems that create business efficiency, reduce costs and deliver measurable results.

In other words, I build the business systems leaving the business owner free to get on with their day-to-day work. At the end of the process, I then hand them a "step-by-step" fully systems-driven business, completely documented with detailed operating manuals containing flowcharts, checklists, written procedures and all the training materials they need to successfully manage their business (or outsource the management to others).

The business owner(s) can then go to work on their business instead of in it, finding new ways to promote and expand their business ... even take well-deserved holidays with their family! 

Best of all, the systems I put into place ensure that the business can run with or without the owner having to be constantly present, watching over everything to make sure that whatever needs to get done really gets done.

(After  building the systems a business requires to operate profitably with minimal intervention, I then hand the business owner a fully documented 'step-by-step' systems-driven business that can be easily managed by others and/or expanded quite quickly.) 

Around the end of 2001, I was building a new company and was introduced to Michael E. Gerber's classic business book " The E-Myth: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work And What To Do About It". By the time I finished reading the book, I was completely sold on the idea of building a fully systems-driven (instead of a people-dependent) organization. 

Using "The E-Myth" as a blueprint and with the help of my small management team, I began to incorporate Michael Gerber's principles into building our new company.

It took myself and my small team well over three years of full-time work to translate the powerful information contained in Michael Gerber's slim book into a completely documented 'step-by-step' systems-driven business operation, as Michael's book suggests.

I then spent a further four years doing business training and consulting work for clients to learn how to apply and integrate this information into other people's businesses, plus another two years after that gaining fluency and speed in the business development process by building several new automated businesses online.

After spending almost a decade fully immersed in the process of creating efficient business systems and helping businesses become "franchise-ready", I now possess extensive knowledge and an almost intuitive understanding of how every component of a business system works. I can help just about any business owner transform their business into a fully systems-driven operation.

Now, for me to build and document all of a businesses' systems and then hand the owner a complete turn-key operation at the end of months of laboring over all of the details that go into making a business great requires a large upfront cost that many small business owners find hard to justify (even though they would be getting their life back once all the systems have been built and implemented into their businesses!).
